ORDER:1) This Interim Application is filed by Defendant No.1 seekingrejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908 (the Code) read with Section 151 of the Code on account of failureon the part of the Plaintiff to exhaust mandatory pre-litigation mediationunder Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (CC Act). 2) Plaintiff No.1 is a co-operative housing society registeredunder the provisions of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960(MCS Act).
